Webhosting Service 
(1) We do not host adult Websites or any site containing racist, sexist or any illegal material. Sites will be regularly reviewed and any site found to be acting in contravention of this rule will be closed down without notice.

(2) We do not allow bulk unsolicited e-mail to be sent from sites hosted on our servers. Any site allowing, or taking part in this activity will be closed down without notice.

(3) We will invoice you monthly for your Website hosting fees (or quarterly if selected when signing up for some plans). Payment is due in advance for each period, and if fees are not paid within 14 days of the invoice date the Website will be closed down without further notice and legal proceedings may be started to recover monies owed. Payment can be made using most major credit cards. If you select this option payment will be collected each period from your card, after first sending you an invoice, until such time as you indicate that you wish to change the arrangement.

(4) By submitting a request for a Website Hosting plan, you become liable for the first month's fee, even if you subsequently cancel the request; so please make sure that you wish to proceed BEFORE submitting your request. Once your request has been received you will be sent an invoice for the first period's fee and any setup fees due (Some plans do not have setup fees, please see our Website Hosting plans for further details).

(5) In order to cancel a Website hosted by us we require 7 days notice. We reserve the right to cancel the hosting arrangement at any time without notice as long as there is no unexpired period for which payment has been received. We reserve the right to give notice at anytime during a period for which payment has been made that the hosting arrangement will be withdrawn at the end of that period. We reserve the right to cancel the hosting arrangement at anytime without notice when we will return the unused part of any payment received. We also reserve the right to withdraw the hosting arrangement without notice at anytime without returning any unused fees when an infringement has occurred as described within these conditions.

(6) We will be pleased to register your domain name free of charge for you, however, you will be billed directly by the Domain name registration company for their own fees; you will be responsible for paying these fees (Please see our domain name registration page and our domain name registration service conditions for further information)

Search Engine Submission Service
(1) We can submit your Website to either 500 or 900 search engines, directories and link sites. Prices for this service depend on which option is selected and also whether or not your site is hosted by us. Please see the search engine submission page for more details regarding our fees.

(2) We will provide a full report on the results of the submission, but cannot guarantee inclusion in all or any of the sites submitted to. It should also be noted that submission, and indeed inclusion in a site, or site's directory, is no guarantee that it will remain there. Search engines lose listings for all sorts of reasons; for this reason we recommend submission on a regular basis for at least the first twelve months of operation. We offer special rates for submission contracts such as this.

(3) We will carry out the first submission to 500 search engines, directories and link sites free of charge for any Website hosted by us. If we host your site and you wish to make the first submission to 900 search engines you should contact us for a special quotation.

Website Management Service
(1) We can contract with you to provide an ongoing, regular monitoring, advice and programming service for your Website. The actual level of monitoring, etc., and therefore the fees will depend on the amount of work you would like us to undertake on your behalf. You should contact us by e-mail for details and quotations.

(2) Contracts for Website Management will be issued for approval before the contract comes into force, so that details of the level of monitoring can be agreed and fees set. The conditions of this service will be specific to you so they will be set out in the contract between us.

Search Engine Position Monitoring Service
(1) By submitting a request at our Website you agree to be liable for the fees as stated before submission.

(2) We can monitor your Website's postions in the top search engines and advise on development work to improve your position. However, we cannot make any guarantee as to the positions gained either as a result of our monitoring or as a result of further development which we may suggest.

(3) We undertake to supply monthly reports on your Website's position for the duration of the service and from time to time may make suggestions as to how to improve the position (but see (2) above)

(4) Fees for this service are payable monthly in advance. A monthly invoice will be sent to you which should be paid immediately. Failure to pay the invoice within 7 days will result in cancellation of the service. Monitoring reports will not be issued for any month where fees are outstanding until they are received.

Domain Name Registration Service
(1) We offer a free service to check the availability of a domain name in any of the world's domain name registries.

(2) We offer a service to register your domain name for you with any registry in the world. For this service we charge a fee as detailed on our Domain Name Registration page. This fee is in addition to any fee charged by the registration company who will always bill you direct for their services.

(3) We offer to register the domain name free of any charge by us for Websites hosted by our Website Hosting Service. A fee will still be charged by the registration company who will bill you direct.
